Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass vials and containers are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
